We stayed in Las Vegas for a few days before Mom flew to Minneapolis to pick up Grandma W.
I can't believe it, but even a little guy like me fell victim to a few tempatations! 
On our way to breakfast one morning we saw the Weinermobile!
We visited the Hoover Dam. It was pretty big!
Maybe I will be a high-scaler some day!
Just outside of Sin City is the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.
We went on a little hike.
(Dad is just pretending to be a mountain climber!)
We had to be on the lookout for wild burros - seriously!

We visited Old Nevada. It was pretty old; it hadn't been touched since the 1950's. It was a really interesting experience.

The best part was that a few days after mom left, she brought Grandma W. back to Utah!
I will get to see her almost every day!
(She is going to stay here for the summer and work with Mom and Dad at the Inn.)
