Mom was in the Bryce Canyon HooDoo Chili Cookoff on Saturday.
She named her concoction 'Chili to the Max'.
She said that I was her 'inspiration'.
She was only four points away from winning the People's Choice award.
(I wish that I could have tried it, but she said that her chili was too spicy.)
She gets my vote anyway!

Hi Max and Mom and Dad,
Wow! Bet that chili was pretty good too. When you get older I bet Mom will let you try it. Perhaps she'll even make a milder version for you in a couple years.
Looks like you were having great fun though!
