Rainy Day!

Today was rainy all day, So I took it upon myself to get a little creative.

On Saturday, we went to the Como Zoo.

I sure love to watch all of the monkeys!

We also checked out the conservatory and their new flower show.

I'm so glad that spring is finally here!

Last Saturday, I went to the Minneapolis Auto Show.

I had fun sitting in all of the different cars.

Grandma and Grandpa Aasen came along for the ride, too!

Big Brother

I was excited to learn today that I am going to have a baby brother!

He is supposed to arrive on July 29th.

A Grain-tastic Day!

Yesterday, Mom and Dad and I visited the Mill City Museum.

(Mommy used to work there before I was born.)

I thought that all museums had dinosaurs, but all I couldn't find any here.

I had fun playing with the giant turbine.

(Mom said something about water power, but I just know that it goes 'round and 'round.)

I thought that this was my friend, Rod;

but, it turned out to be just some wooden guy.

I played with trains, trucks and ships, too!

I also rode on the "Flour Tower", which was pretty cool.

From the top of the museum, there was a great view of my old 'hood.

(I learned how to say Mississippi River.)

I miss walking on the Stone Arch Bridge!

I had a good time visiting the museum

(even if it didn't have any dinosaurs),

and catching up with some old friends.
